The Plan Fee Review is a written report built from public Department of Labor filings and from the fee disclosure you provide. It is informational only and is not advice of any kind, legal, investment, tax, accounting, or insurance. Lisitza Standards Corporation is not a fiduciary to you or your plan, is not an investment adviser, and the review does not recommend any investment. The review is delivered by email as a PDF within five business days of payment, or within five business days of receiving your fee disclosure if you send it separately. If we cannot complete a review for the plan you ordered, or if your fee disclosure has not reached us within thirty days, the charge is refunded automatically and you are told why. Because the review is a finished document, there is no refund after delivery, except as the law where you live requires. The price shown when you order is the price you pay. These terms are governed by Wisconsin law, and any dispute is brought in the state or federal courts for Dane County, Wisconsin, to the extent the law where you live allows.
