Type your employer's name as it appears on your pay stub or your plan statement. We will show you the matching plans on file with the Department of Labor.
More plans match than are shown. Add a city or a word from the plan's name to narrow the list.
We did not find a plan under that name. Try the legal name of the employer rather than a brand name, or try a shorter version of the name. If your employer has fewer than 100 employees, see the note below.
Plans with fewer than 100 participants file a short form that does not include the financial schedules this review is built from. We cannot review those plans yet and we do not charge for looking.
We match on the plan's federal filing number, not on the employer's name alone. If two plans share a sponsor, only the one you confirm is reviewed.
Pick the plan whose name matches your statement. If none of them does, the plan you are in may be filed under a parent company or a different legal name.

Every review carries a fee rating from A to E. The letter is the plan's position among comparable plans on administrative cost per participant. A is the lowest-cost quarter, and is issued only when every condition on the report's parameters page holds. B runs to the median, C to the 75th percentile, D to the 90th, and E is the most expensive tenth. The peer set, its size, and the plan's exact percentile are printed with the letter.
Ratings are positions among comparable plans, not verdicts. By construction, one plan in four rates D or E: its cost per participant sits in the most expensive quarter of its peers. One in four sits in the cheapest quarter, and fewer than that clear every condition for an A.
